The cushion is designed for users at high risk of developing pressure ulcers. It comes with a sewn-on carrying strap and is 7 cm high at the front and at the rear. There is softer PU foam placed at the rear under the TI's. This allows the user to sink into the cushion and provides pelvic support. It has support for the tuberossitas ischii in front, and prevents the user for sliding out of the seat.

Vital Base Royal comes in many sizes - adapted to users' weight.
