Payment

1. Prices are in Singapore currency, inclusive of 7% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ).

2. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.

3. We accept NETS, VISA and MASTER cards at our retail outlets.

4. Overseas payment is to be made by telegraphic transfer.

Delivery

5. Local deliveries of non-rental purchases are charged at $16 for most items, with a minimum order value of $200. Delivery lead time is within 3 working days. For delivery of rental items, please refer to our rental rates. Delivery charge for equipment ( not consumables such as nutritionals, adult diapers and wound care products ) is mostly waived. For purchases below $200, an administrative fee of $5 will be charged.

6. Should an order be cancelled after delivery has been executed, 100% of delivery fee will still be charged.

7. For overseas purchases, please email us for quotations on freight charges, indicating your preferred shipping mode ( air courier, air freight, sea freight, truck ).

8. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A restocking fee of between 10-20%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.
